Rezumat

Unfortunately, the fight against cybercrime is not easy. There are many legal and nonlegal obstacles to the fight. Firstly, the vast nature of computer networks, but also the speed at which crimes are committed, the difficulty of collecting evidence and, finally, the investigative tools, which may not always prove effective enough. Computer forensics is becoming increasingly sought after by the judicial authorities because of its probative value and because it is the only means of evidence that brings scientific truth to judicial proceedings. It is hard to imagine another instrument with a higher efficiency in terms of clarifying circumstances related to the field of computer science. In other words, the subjects of computer forensics forensic experts - need to demonstrate special competence in this field. In the world of practitioners working as forensic experts there are several opinions on the requirements for the skills of forensic experts specializing in the cyber area. The article provides an analysis of these opinions and formulates a scientifically based point of view on the training of the cyber forensic expert, regardless of state affiliation.
