There are countries with much more developed economies than the other one but which have not yet fully demonstrated the signs of a really developed country and are grouped under the term "new industrial country." The International lending and financing features for developing countries are: first, it is a significant portion of foreign resources these countries receive in the form of soft loans and repayable grants. The selection of these countries that qualify for preferential loans and grants, is predominantly based on the level of their economic development. The greatest privileges are enjoyed by the category of less developed countries and, on the other hand, lending to growing newly industrialized countries differs much by their terms from the Western lending borrowers.
