Rezumat

In the article, the theoretical and practical issues of interaction in the field of good governance and the provision of children's rights in the Republic of Azerbaijan are analyzed in an extensive manner. It is noted that the right to good governance is a fundamental right because it requires authorities to comply with a certain standard of behavior based on the rule of law. The right to good governance differs from "classic" fundamental rights. In the classical sense, the realization of basic rights is based on the non-interference of the state in people's lives and activities, and the right to good governance is based on the legitimate activity of states. The elements of the right to good governance are mainly: the right to appeal; a fair and impartial approach; consideration of cases in a reasonable time; to be heard and receive legal assistance in general; freedom of access to information. As constitutional norms that include these elements, Article 60 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan entitled "Administrative and judicial guarantee of rights and freedoms", Article 61 "The right to receive legal assistance", Article 32 “The right to privacy”, Article 57 "The right to appeal" can be mentioned in this context. In the end, with the conducted analyses, we come to the conclusion that in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the right to good governance and mutual action in the direction of ensuring children's rights have been determined in several directions: ensuring human rights as a whole; establishing the right to good governance in domestic legislation; ensuring the right to good governance for children's rights; coordinating the activities of state bodies on ensuring the right to good governance; implementation of cooperation within the framework of international organizations and international agreements on the development of good governance law; implementation of relevant improvements and developments in this area.
