This paper investigated the effect of fruits storage in air and controlled atmosphere, combined with postharvest application of ethylene biosynthesis inhibitor (Fitomag®, Russia) and without it, on the intensity of endogenous ethylene biosynthesis, products of its oxidation, phenolic compounds and scald development in the variety Antonovka obyknovennaya of apple fruits. |
