Is presented the concept of the Automated Information System „Electronic Health Record of the Republic of Moldova” EHR.MD, which sets general requirements for the system. The work contains: the place of the system in tne unified informational environment, general objectives, basic functional mainframes, structure and the informational space of the system, it also sets the levels of the organizational system, technical and programming complexes of the system, general requirements regarding information security of the system. |
