On the basis of an experimental setup for the optical spectroscopy of semiconductors and dielectrics an automatized complex for measurements with the preliminary scientific experiment analysis was created using the available contemporary base. Complex has an intuitively clear user interface that provides a friendly-toworkwith program and a possibility of the presentation of visual results in real time. The flowchart of the program to control measurement processt is given. Also a part of a code is presented, responsible for interaction of the program with ADC card (L783) of the L-Card company [1]. In appendix a step motor (SM) controller (MC) circuit is represented. |
