The article on the basis of the collected by the author in 33 Ukrainian villages of Moldova describes folk tradition of baking bread for XX - early XXI century. Carried out an inventory dialect names associated with the baking of bread, studied the effect of the Moldavian national dishes on Ukrainian and revealed lexical borrowing in thelocal Ukrainian dialects. |
