This article tries to highlight the changes that influence human being and the needs to rethinking security components. It is shown that the unlimited access to scientific and media information unprepared took both individual, social institutions and community. Also, that the pandemic has brought to the forefront of societies and for which it pays with the old ones. Rather, that the knowledge opening of the Informational Era facilitates insignificant is capitalized on the development and security of human conditions and the environment.
