Rezumat

The efficiency of osteopathyic in the treatment of the cervicogenic headache, neurovegetative dystonia associated with abnormal biomechanics of cervical spine Using the release therapy on the trigger points, post-isometrical relaxation of cervical muscles, spinal mobilization and manipulation of the cranio-cervical segment (CO-C1, C1-C2 C2-C3) and of the other segment of the spine in the cranio–sacral axis, decreased painful syndrome, registered with VAS, normalized mobility of the cervical spine evaluated by Cervical Range of Motion Instrument (CROM), normalized values of the blood flow and vascular resistance in the vertebral arteries and veins vertebral recorded by ECO - DG at the beginning and at the end of treatment, equilibrated the electrical activity of the muscles of the cervical spine, rise heart rate variability HRV.
