Based on analysis of scientific and methodical literature, generalization of advanced practical experience, of athletes’ diaries formed exercise groups for the development of strength capacities (maximal, explosive strength, strength endurance) and proposed of their application in the annual training cycle at the stage of maximal realization of individual capabilities skilled middle-distance runners. Also specific group of exercises contributing to maintenance and realization of athlete’s strength capacities at the stage of maximal realization of individual capabilities during different periods of annual preparation has been formed. |
