In the present work the contribution of the electron-hole scattering effects to the two-dimensional magnetoexciton quantum states is shown. Due to the influence of the electron-hole exchange Coulomb interaction, new superposition states materialize: symmetric and asymmetric. Thus the asymmetric state preserves its usual dispersion law marked by the magnetoexcitonic states. The symmetric state is characterized by linear dispersion law in the range of small wave vectors and has the group velocity directly proportional to the intensity of perpendicularly applied to the surface of the layer magnetic field. |
