The problem of production process condition analysis is studied within the framework of which the products are fabricated and then must be certified. There are the enumerated factors that influence at maximum on the quality of certified product. It is examining the matter of elaboration some working programs, necessary for the especial influence factors control on the quality of fabricated products. On the basis of this factors analyze, is drawn a conclusion that, from the se of enumerated factors, the particular attention must be paid to those, which refers to the means of technological equip (MTE).
