The presented results refers to the business corporate culture. Every business has a corporate culture. Whether a Fortune 100 mega company or the smallest, every business entity has more than a public identity, a set of policies and procedures, or a brand. It also has a corporate culture that must be managed to achieve maximum operational efficiency. The aim of the research is understanding what it is and how it relates to your business can equate to the difference between success and mediocrity for your company. Business managers and owners should accept that a corporate culture is unique to each company, eliminating a "one size fits all" management strategy. Consciously or unconsciously formed by business owners and/or founders, corporate culture issues can contribute to or impede the success of companies large and small by expanding or reducing team effort to reach company goals. If we talk about the effectiveness of corporate culture, the question arises of determining this efficiency. First, culture must be valuable; this should allow the firm to deal with and behave in such a way as to add value to the firm in the form of high sales, low costs, etc. Excellent financial situation is the economic concept; accordingly, culture, if it is called to lead to a good financial situation, should have positive economic consequences. Secondly, culture should be rare; it must have characteristics and characteristics that are not common to the cultures of most other firms. Thirdly, culture must be inimitable; if company A, for example, is strikingly successful, company B cannot hope to achieve comparable success by attempting to accurately copy the culture of company A. Company B will always remain in the background by doing similar efforts. The above provisions are very important. But it is very unwise for a single study or for many to give general guidance on designing and developing an effective corporate culture, since in each particular case an approach that meets the conditions in which the organization functions. One can only highlight some of the key aspects of culture that affect efficiency; to note some mistakes related to the lack of culture management and miscalculations in its development program; indicate possible ways of changing the unfavorable culture. The influence of culture on decision making is carried out through shared beliefs and values, which form the members of the organization with a steady supply of basic assumptions and preferences. Since corporate culture can help minimize disagreement, the decision-making process becomes more effective The organization has a face, image, philosophy, history and culture. The success of the enterprise arises as a result of the interaction of all the co-workers pursuing common goals that must be real, understood by each employee and reflect the basic nature of the enterprise. An institution that will not be different from many others, instantly programmed for failure, failure, and bankruptcy. The issue of corporate culture in companies to date, the actual situation and its relevance will grow as Ukrainian companies move in the global market. According to the research results can be concluded that corporate culture and corporate spirit are a kind of cement that strengthens the organization, ensures its stability and effectiveness of functioning. Russian leaders of a new type, which are capable of transforming it from the catchy epithet into the essential property of the enterprises themselves, their most powerful unifying and inspirational beginning, must play a decisive role in the development of an effective corporate culture.
