Rezumat

Aiming at a novel approach at achieving quality cost optimization we suggest a new approach through quantum physics- which claims that an experiment that is performed on a particle and that is run differently a couple of times yields different results according to the particle's behavior. We contend that quality cost optimization is achieved by relying on consumer's different estimations and conditions. Therefore we suggest that preliminary product tests intended to determine the product's quality depend on the different conditions that exist in each test and by each consumer and this through referring to Alan Forrester's paper [2] of: „Decision theory and information propagation in quantum physics”.
