Social capital of the territorial community is considered in the context of increasing the capacity of the territorial community. The essence and content of the concept of “social capital of the territorial community” are determined from the positions of the system methodology. The institutionalization of the concept of the capacity of territorial communities in Ukraine is indicated in regulatory acts. A number of factors, influencing the development of social capital of the territorial community in the context of strengthening its capacity, are offered. |
