The article deals with the problems of harmonization of the provisional regulation of the activities of state schools and local self-government officials in the system of public service of Ukraine. Examples of de-harmonization of legal acts, concerning the professional activity of technical employees, are considered. It is concluded that the organization’s necessity is to raise the organizational structure that could increase the level of harmonization of legal acts on professional activity in the public service system. |
