Rezumat

An effective concept of feeding with necessary adjustments is vital in realizing the genetic potential of poultry and increase of its productivity. In this context, exogenous enzymes are important as they positively impact the digestion and metabolism of feed nutrients. In recent years we have seen multiple research into using nanodispersed bioelements as a potential way to ensure microelement supply in poultry feed. It is known that in order to satisfy the biological needs of poultry in nutrients, the deficit of sulfur-containing amino acids may be partly balanced by adding sulfates into the diet. A promising area of research might be connected with the feasibility of replacing inorganic sulfur salt with its nanocitrate form (using explosive erosion nanotechnology, which is based on the new physical effect in the area of high energy concentration). Another potential research may look into the impact of adding a complex of sulfur aquacitrate and an enzyme mixture with pectinase, cellulase, xylanase, β-glucanase, α-amylase, protease and phytase on the dynamics of protein metabolism indices, which serve as metabolism intensity markers. It is established that the effectiveness of adding sulfur to the quail diet depends on the form and quality of the element. The study proves the feasibility of using sulfur citrate in the quail diet in the amount of 10% of inorganic salt (Na2SO4) content together with 0.03% Natuzyme multi-enzyme mixture. These conditions combined optimal quantities of the components added to diet result in increased protein (Р<0.05) and amino nitrogen (Р<0.01) levels in the liver; enhanced egg-laying capacities (Р<0.05), higher egg weight (Р<0.05) and better shell strength (Р<0.001).
