In the given article the experience of Cazmaly gymnazium managemant on the basis of analytical activity as an element of his competency development is presented. The technology of group creativity is realized through methodological service work in Cazmaly gymnazium. Thus, Business Play Method and refletion are used for analysis. The activity analysis takes into consideration three aspects of educational activity: structural, social ang psychological. While analizing the algorithm of teaching staff working is shown as well.Changing general digital and textual class characteristic to detailed element alalysis of each student for each task. Algorithm of studing the level of students competences development in the frame of the monitor process in the 5-th grades is described in this article. Great opportunities of the students competences development on each subject are highlighted white comparative monitor process of these different forms. The results are in favor of detailed element analysis.
