The article deals with the main stages of building a modern fiscal system of the Republic of Moldova. Studied in detail the main legal and legislative acts and their evolution . Disclosed mission and functions of the Ministry of Finance. Special attention is paid to local budgets and fiscal systems of Autonomous territorial entity . As a result, it was concluded that the issues of taxation and fiscal policy should be considered and addressed comprehensively . |
