Rezumat

The relative isolation of the Republic Moldova till 1991 encumbered the country to understand adequately and to apply technical and technological changes that had passed at national and international levels. The single way to become a competitive country is to have desire of changing more and more the creativity, but also to apply innovations that have a key role in the realization of problems. The process of improvement of the creativity and further the process of applying innovations would attract certain positive changes, but there are also various risks and difficulties. At the same time the list of positive effects, indisputable, is bigger that the list of negative ones. At the today’s day, in the Republic Moldova, it must pay attention at the human factor which represents an inexhaustible source of original ideas, receptivity and creativity. In case of effective promotion of above-mentioned characteristics is possible an economical increase of enterpri-ses and of the country.
