Transformation is that form of a legal entity reorganization that intervenes whenever a legal entity stops it’s existence, simultaneously sitting up another legal entity. Therefore, we talk about a renew and a change of it’s structure and kind. Althoughit was considered that in this kind of situation we talk about an „inside reorganization”, we think that when a legal entity is transforming from the point of wiew of compartments and bodies, that doesn’t affect it’s juridical personality and doesn’t constitute a reorganization form. This matches just be consritutive element which is called „oneself reorganization”. When a legal entity’s reorganization juridical personality, in the meaning that it stops it’s existence and it’s place simultaneously, it’s created another legal entity, this constitues a distinct form of a legal entity reorganization. Therefore, the definitive and essential lines of a legal entity transformation have a limited area of aplication, distinct of the reorgani-zation and dividing area, being limited in cases which are inspecially settled by law. In other terms, the transformation of a legal entity is not a general mode of cessatin of Civil Law collective subject, but a special one, limited on certain legal entities.
