Career management is the process of career management and development refers to public officials in public institutions, according to their needs and according to performance, potential and aspirations of each civil servant. It is now widely accepted that civil servant career management should be a priority for human resource practice in public administration in Romania. The human factor, representing the active element of the organization, potential, experience, and its improvement initiatives, increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness. Career in the public service includes all legal situations and effects that occur after the date of birth ratio of service until the termination of this report, under the law. One of the motivating elements for civil servants, public office, is the opportunity to develop their careers. In practice, it appears that most of them are unhappy with career development opportunities available , and the reasons are different . |
