By getting into a hard situation, a person corresponds its significance with his living orientation. In youth a person thrives for self – determination as a personality and a human – being. He is involved in working and educational activity. Choosing a profession and his place in life is the most important task in youth , so to solve it one should pass the way full of sufferings and emotional loads To make this way not so hard, but interesting and useful , young people need a support from the adults. In the face of parents, teachers , psychologists Anyway, the psychologist’s study should not be just the place for solving problems. It is needed to create conditions for preventing many appropriate problems. A psychologist working at a college or university has to make an accent on development of identity of each student also to conduct an interesting job to from the student’s personal orientation in values. It is because each person except personal independence has a uniqueness in him and makes the basics of a “Myself – conception” of a personality.
