In this work is presented probation services in Republic of Moldova. We can mention that nowa-days in Republic of Moldova have started special activities in order to support the probation’s ideas, which being a great notion needs a social integration. Social reintegration of persons in detention is one of the noblest activities which can be realized by modern society, but unfortunately our society beco-mes indifferent and devoid of compassion to dezadvantages people, offended and stigmatized them. Community justice centers intend to remedy the community’s weaknems by providing ex-prisoner acces to social protection services, by reducing exclusion and improving their integration into the community. It is an ambitions project in several ways (from many points of view) because of wide perspective and trying to recover for the society persons who are regarded as a „human waste”.
