This article dwells on the analysis and synthesis of the existing scientific information to the unit: pregnancy-anxiety-birth-depression. The article lays stress on the correction between the anxiety level during pregnancy and the depression level observed after the birth period. The number of con-siderable differences noticed at the both groups of women (the ones under the doctor’s control and the ones who participated in the experiment) optimizes their relational behaviour. The author also presents strategies of psychological training for birth, a programme of psychological counseling for pregnant women to balance both their physical and psychic homeostasis.
