Rezumat | ||||||
The experience of developed countries in terms of tourism has shown that publicprivate partnership is an effective way of tourism capitalization resources as it provides more benefits not only for these two involved parties but also for the entire society. Public-private partnership projects in the sphere of tourism can be achieved for developing tourism infrastructure, creating communication platforms in development of some events like (festivals, exhibitions, fairs etc.), arrangement of some rest areas, restoration of some monuments / historical landmarks etc. Legislation of the Republic of Moldova offers the possibility of such partnerships in several ways and types of contracts however in tourism these kinds of public-private partnerships are often missing. |
