This article is devoted to the consideration of the globalization and its impact on the modern society. On the basis of the analysis of the contemporary social literature the authors assert that the only path to overcome the present World Crisis is to elaborate the new (non-neoconservative) Paradigm for social and governmental policy. Only this way affords to smooth over the consequences of the crisis and opens a new trajectory of the Western civilization and the modern globalization.
