Rezumat

The article describes the components of the readiness of didactic personnel for professional activities in an inclusive education, and in particular the structure of the psychological readiness of teachers. The author identified the main groups of values and motives that contribute to the formation of motivational and value readiness of didactic personnel for professional activities in an inclusive educational environment. The problems of forming the inclusive readiness of future teachers were also identified and possible ways of solving them were proposed.
