| Rezumat | ||||||
The necessity to provide protection of the industrial property objects in the wine-making
industry of the Republic of Moldova is dictated both by the economy aspect and by the
legal one, while by registering the industrial property objects the producer is surely secured
to the unfair competition. Selection of an integrated alcoholic beverages protection is
recommended to all the producers because only in this case the owner of the right may use
in his activity all the advantages of the exclusive rights. |
