The legal liability, through its complexity, represents an interesting phenomenon for the juridical intellectuals of all times. It has preoccupied the wisest minds of all historical periods and it continues to do it in the same manner. This proves that it was not given an importance that it de facto does not have, but vice-versa, the importance de facto gave birth to different theories and analyses that have as a research objective the legal liability. Taking into consideration all the above said, we believe that a theory regarding the legal liability would be incomplete if it did not consider the various approaches and explanations made by the most notorious representatives in the field during the times.
