Rezumat

The pandemic crisis caused by COVID-19 has evolved exponentially, moving rapidly from a local problem to a global crisis. First of all, we are talking about a human tragedy, the virus affecting hundreds of thousands of people, creating panic and social disorder. However, the influences of the outbreak are shifting from a major social impact to a growing impact on the global economy. The accentuation of the crisis is generated by its rapid evolution, which requires the rapid implementation of viable solutions, adapted to all levels affected by the accentuation of the crisis. The WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic on March 11, 2020. In its message, it balanced the certainty that the SARS-CoV-2 virus will inevitably spread to all parts of the world. However, governments, businesses and people have a strong capacity to change the situation. In this note, the emerging archetypes of epidemic progressions, and crisis response models are lessons to be learned. The social and governmental response outlines and determines the severity of the effects of the crisis on the social and economic level, instead the ways of adaptation and response is the indisputable reorientation of policies to rehabilitate the social state towards a prosocial policy.
