Historical monuments are objects with historical, artistic or scientific value, which represent testimonies of the evolution of civilizations on the territory of Chisinau, as well as they represent testimonies of spiritual, political, economic and social development. Chisinau municipality, especially its center, is the central nucleus in which most historical monuments are concentrated. From the category of real estate registered as historical monuments, a large share is real estate for residential and commercial use. Regardless of the market segment of which the real estate registered as local historical monuments of Chisinau is part, they have a major influence on the market value of the object in question as well as the value of the neighboring real estate. |
