Rezumat

Tourism as one of the priority areas of the national economy requires modern forms and mechanisms of service: the use of innovative processes in the tourism sector can improve the development of tourism: this is the use of computer technology, and modern ways of booking and selection of tours, innovations in marketing strategy - all this can improve the position of the Republic of Moldova in this direction. The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that the national management system is acquiring a decisive importance in the development of the tourism industry in Moldova. This is predetermined by the fact that the tourism sector, like any regional functional economic environment, exists and operates in conditions of active interaction with the public environment. The basis for the regulation of tourism in Moldova is the Law "On the Organization and Implementation of Tourism Activities" (No. 352-XVI of November 24, 2006), which regulates state policy in the field of tourism, the organization and promotion of tourism activities in the country, the rights and obligations of tourists, issues their insurance and safety, economic activities in the field of tourism, international activities, issues of the creation and functioning of national tourist zones, as well as professional training in the field of tourism.
