The Commission initiative on the establishment and expansion of businesses aims to provide the many entrepreneurs in Europe the opportunity to become global business elite. The initiative brings together all the possibilities that the EU already offers, with a new emphasis on venture capital investments, insolvency law and taxation. In this article are related new and existing measures in the EU in order to create a more coherent framework, to allow start-ups to develop and to operate across the Europe.
