Light microscopy were used to examine the micromorphology and structure of the fruit as well as the phenols contents were determined in the mature fruits of Prunus domestica cultivar. The fruits were characterized by the dense structure of crystalline wax, the lowest number of microcracks on their surface, the highest content of phenols, and the values of various anatomical parameters. |
