Performance properties of concrete, as the composites are determined not only by the number and size of defects and the pockets of internal stresses in the material, and in the first place, the ratio of defects or lesions with a volume of the stress characteristics of the macrostructure of the material, such as cement. .Measurement of moisture content and density of concrete is not only important in terms of quality of concrete, but also for the cost of production and thus having a direct impact on the competitiveness and survival of enterprises.
