Rezumat | ||||||
The article addresses the problem of remuneration for teaching work in Belarus in the second half of the 20th - early 20th centuries. It is stressed that the existing laws, decrees, circulars, instructions and other normative acts determined the position of the teacher in the social hierarchy, fixed his basic rights and obligations. Based on the use of a wide range of archival materials, additional benefits and advantages of teacher 's work are shown, which included the rights to award honorary titles and class ranks, awarding medals and orders. |
