Rezumat

Entrepreneurship is a potential way of integrating young people into the labour market which include the pursuit of opportunities and behaviour beyond resources controlled and limited. In contemporary society, the opening a business can be a real challenge for young people, determined by a number of factors. These factors have a direct influence on entrepreneurial behaviour. Idea, motivation and desire are the key to success for a young entrepreneur, less than capital. These results show the importance of attitudes related to behaviour and also the importance of social norms in the entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, financial constraints, training in business creation and all those things relating to perceptions of behavioural control have an insignificant effect on intention.
