The article presents the results of the analysis of the phenomenon of chatbots and the prospects for their development in the new conditions of digitalization of society. The functions of modern chatbots and their elements are considered. According to the authors, the development of the digital society will go in parallel with the processes of formation of the network society, where the role of bot programs will be multifunctional. We analyze the spread of messengers, which have become a "breeding ground" for chatbots all over the world. |
