Rezumat

Dimetylglyoxymate of cobalt(III), (Me[Co(HD)2L(1)L(2)]n⋅X) represents an octahedral complex with a rather rigid equatorial structure. It generates two ligands of the acid residue, dimetyglyoxyme (H2D), at coordination forming symmetric or quasisymmetric metallocycle and the intracomplex hydrogen bonds, strengthening an equatorial skeleton. In the dioximinates of Co(III) the coordination polyhedron represents a subsystem with a degenerated electronic state. Therefore, Jahn-Teller effect is obvious in the crystal structures of these complexes. Structural features of this effect (removal of degeneration), the directions of changes in the bond lengths and their sizes at distortion of polyhedron of coordination are determined by a number of factors. Alongside with intracomplex mutual influence of the ligands, on occassion including steric and conformational factors of influence, on interatomic bonds influence the structure of a crystal field, external hydrogen bonds and extraspherical components of a complex through a system of short-range bonds. Packing processes in crystals result in cooperative process of the selfcoordination of electronic and nuclear subsystems in an optimized crystal environment. All this results in additional directed to distorted changes in structures considered octahedral complexes, in some features of geometrical display of removal of degeneration on the central atom (c.a.)., etc. The sign on a direction distorted changes in comparison with average modelling structure of complexes and sizes of geometrical display of removal of degeneration (displays of effect Jahn-Teller) are determined by size and a ratio of contributions of the specified factors of influence on equivalent fragments of a complex. So, change of lengths of bonds on chains of active parts of complex Сo-Neq - Оeq⋅⋅⋅Оeq accordingly make:-0,032÷0,041(0,052)Å,-0,056÷0,026Å, -0,076 ÷ 0,056Å, Neq – Ceq – -0,024 ÷0,034Å.
