The state of the banking sector and of the real sector represents an important indicator of the state of the regional economy. At present to stimulate and to develop the real sector of the economy of the Republic of Moldova it is appropriate to activate the investment credit management in the context of the regional development. The activation and improvement of the investment credit management require to study the western experience, as well as its adaptation to the conditions of the economy of the Republic of Moldova. Investment credit management is the set of methods for organizing of financial institutions to plan, organize, control and evaluate all components of the investment crediting process. In this research it was made an analysis of the state of crediting the real sector of the Republic of Moldova at the present stage, highlighting the factors that influence the activation of the investment credit, as well as there were substantiated the main directions for activation of the investment credit management. The results of the research can be used as a theoretical and methodological basis for the elaboration of investment crediting programs of the real sector of the economy of the Republic of Moldova and of the regional economy.
