Disciplinary liability in the workplace, due to its superficial regulation in labor law, is of interest both theoretically and practically, more and more pronounced because, in practice, questions often arise as to how to apply legislation of a special nature, and categories of employees to whom such a legal framework may apply. In this communication, we will try to analyze the main functions with public interest, the attraction of which involves another mechanism and disciplinary way, being affected by the peculiarities determined by the provisions of the special legislative framework. |
