Ion Druta’s artistic discourse is characterized by the interference of the epic with the lyrical, dramatic and other forms of artistic communication. A feature of his artistic vision is theatricality as a way of valuing social reality and cultural phenomena and which involves the relationship between play and theatricalization. The article analyses the forms and structures of theatricality in I. Druta’s prose, having as reference the two narrative modalities of the discourse - narration and representation. The role of dialogue, gestuality, landscape, the type of psychologism etc. are revealed in this context. |
