Lucrarea oferă informaţii noi despre influenţa diferitor concentraţii de nanoparticule TiO2 asupra conţinutului de carbohidraţi totali, manoproteine, β-glucani, pigmenţi carotenoidici la levuri. S-a constatat că nanoparticulele dioxidului de titan, în concentraţii de 0,55,0 mg/L nu modifică semnificativ procesul de acumulare a carbohidraţilor la tulpinile Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 şi Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30, dar în concentraţii de 10,0 – 15,0 mg/L pot asigura o înmagazinare pronunţată a carbohidraţilor totali şi manoproteinelor la tulpina Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18. Sporirea randamentului de acumulare a β-glucanilor la tulpina Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20, se produce la cultivare pe mediul nutritiv suplimentat cu nanoparticulele dioxidului de titan în concentraţii de 10,0 - 15,0 mg/L. Nanoparticulele TiO2 manifestă efect de toxicitate asupra acumulării pigmenţilor carotenoidici la tulpina Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30, factorul concentraţiei este unul determinant, coeficientul de determinare este de R2 = 0,67. Proprietăţile depistate ale NPs TiO2 prezintă oportunitate de aplicare în biotehnologia cultivării levurilor şi obţinerii unor componente polizaharidice. |

It was revealed that nanoparticles of titanium dioxide in concentrations of 0,5-5,0 mg/L have not modified significantly process of carbohydrates accumulation at Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 and Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30 strains, at the same time, in concentrations of 10,0-15,0 mg/L have ensured a high storage of total carbohydrates and mannoproteins at Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18. The increase of the yield of accumulation of β-glucans at Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 took place at the cultivation on nutritive medium supplemented with nanoparticles of titanium dioxide in concentrations of 10,0-15,0 mg/L. The toxic effect of nanoparticles TiO2 on process of carotenoids pigments accumulation at Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30 have been demonstrated, the factor of the concentration is an determinant, coefficient of determination was the following - R2 = 0,67. The revealed properties of NPs TiO2 present opportunity for application in biotechnology of yeasts cultivation and obtaining of some polysaccharides components. </cfAbstr> <cfAbstr cfLangCode='RU' cfTrans='o'>Данная работа содержит новую информацию относительно влияния различных концентраций наночастиц TiO2 на содержание углеводов, маннопротеинов, β-глюканов и каротиноидов у дрожжей. Было обнаружено, что наночастицы диоксида титана в концентрациях 0,5-5,0 мг/Л не оказывают существенного воздействия на процесс накопления общих углеводов у штаммов Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 и Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30, в то время как использование концентраций 10,0–15,0 мг/Л способствует значительной аккумуляции общих углеводов и маннопротеинов у Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-18. Увеличение степени накопления β-глюканов у штамма Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 наблюдалось при культивировании на питательной среде с добавлением наночастиц диоксида титана в концентрациях 10,0 15,0 мг/Л. Наночастицы TiO2 проявляют токсическое действие на процес накопления каротиноидных пигментов у Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30, фактор концентрации является определяющим, коэффициент детерминации R2 = 0,67. Выявленные свойства наночастиц TiO2 демонстрируют возможность успешного их применения в биотехнологии культивирования дрожжей и получения некоторых полисахаридных компонентов.</cfAbstr>
