The article discusses the current problems and prospects for the development of order production, since at present this type of legal proceedings is the most optimal way to solve the problem of ensuring the right to judicial protection within a reasonable time. However, the legislative regulation of this institution is imperfect and contains a large number of gaps. Due to the gaps that exist in the legal regulation of this institution, this article makes proposals to amend the legislation in order to eliminate shortcomings in the legal regulation of order production and its optimization in general. |
