Leadership is the main component of change, providing vision, and dedication necessary for its materialization. Leadership is actually a skill that is formed through education, unique experiences, interaction with inspirational people and of course practice.The ability of a man, his art of leading is defined by leadership that is a complex process and relates to the participation of those surrounding him to the lead. This participation of the organization obtained as much as possible , only through noncoercive means defines coerced participation in order to fulfill all objectives [1]. |
