The Employers survey forms part of a project “Reforming the Master in Finance Programmes in Armenia and Moldova/REFINE” to gain insight into the issues being faced by companies and institutions as employers in relation to the employability of the master’s students of recent higher education graduates. On the basis of the results of the survey, this report provides information on the perceptions and needs of employers regarding the skills and education level of recent graduates. |
