The aim of this work is the synthesis, determination of the composition, structure, physicochemical and biological properties of manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, and copper coordination compounds with N’-[(3- methyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)(phenyl)methylidene]benzohydrazide (H2L). Hydrazone H2L was synthesized by interaction of ethanolic solutions of benzohydrazide and 4-benzoyl-5-methyl-2-phenyl- 2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one. Its composition and structure were determined using 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Chlorides, bromides, perchlorates, and acetates of stated above metals react with H2L forming coordination compounds of the following composition: (Cu(HL)X·nC2H5OH, X = (Cl- ,Br-, ClO4 |
