The following article reflects one of the main themes met in the public administration sphere: professional evaluation of civil servants. It refers to the evaluation method, terms, involved factors and consequences. Also, there is a series of problems as: wrong application of the procedure, ineffective use of time and resources, the absence of any feed-back between public authority and civil servant, described in the text. |
