This article includes a general legal analysis of the railway carrier used at transporting goods, loadings, values, including passengers over the state customs border. Relating to national and international legislative sources, the author highlights concrete legislative norms applied by the international railway carrier when transporting fruits and vegetables over the state customs border. The authors also relates the rights and duties belonging to the international railway carrier when transporting fruits and vegetables over the state customs border, as well as the forms of liability the international railway carrier shall be liable of in case of lack of fulfilling the international contractual terms. |
